Herschel T. Beaty July 24, 1934 - July 17, 2012 My Dad Herschel is currently having a conversation with my Heavenly Dad and welcoming him home - most people here in Texas tell us how much we look alike - which is a compliment for me! Herschel and I had many conversations about how he felt about everything...his past life, his current life and we laughed as we anticipated what was in store for him in Heaven - like Texas Hold 'em, Harley's and muscle cars. The last time I was with him he shared he felt it was time for that move. He fought so many years....Parkinson's, heart condition and other ailments causing serious chronic pain, breathing problems, and poor quality of life. He was ready to join our Heavenly Father, and did just a few days shy of 78. He fought hard and strong, lived a full life paving the way owning and working in car and truck dealerships all over Texas. He touched so many hearts so deeply, including mine, with his beautiful blue eyes and a smile for "ya pardner" (When I first move to Texas and he spoke like this I thought he was kidding, but no he was pure Texan). I believe he is two stepping and watching over his wife Glenda, son Ben and daughter-in-law Michelle and two beautiful grandchildren he was so proud of, Lauren and Alex; He had a way with us ladies, his step-daughter Connie, grand-daughter Holly and special nieces Diane and Karen. Please continue to cover his loved ones with prayer for comfort, patience and love together as we celebrate our memories, grieve the loss that will be so evident in our lives and share our love that is a bond through his heart. As we celebrate here on earth he will smile and toast one of Herschels' famous Bloody Mary's while finishing up some award winning chili! I love you and very few made me feel as special as you and your unconditional love will be missed my lovely blue eyed fan! May peace be with you HT.
